1 Leg Pushup

Description

This bodyweight exercise is a variation of the normal push-up but with an additional core and unilateral leg challenge. Keeping one leg raised throughout the entire movement also puts more weight on the arms.

  • Challenges the core and the legs unilaterally.

  • Not recommended for individuals with wrist, and elbow issues.
  • Not recommended for beginners not accustomed putting weight on the wrist.
