If you have access to a pair of dumbbells, give this intense leg workout a try today. The workout routine requires you to perform all exercises in a circuit fashion. So it will also keep your heart rate elevated throughout the whole workout.


Perform all exercises for a duration of 40 seconds. Rest for 20 seconds in between exercises. When you complete all the exercises, once each, you complete one round. Repeat the circuit for a total of 5 rounds for optimal gains!
